Matcha Japanese 1oz
Japanese tea ceremony. Fine green tea powder. Made from the youngest shade-grown leaves. Produces a sweet grassy flavor. Best when mixed with milk, almond milk, coconut milk or soy milk. Rich in vitamins (A, B-complex, C, E, and K) and antioxidants. Natural source of dietary fiber. Great hot or iced, alone or blended with the milk of your choice. It’s also a great addition to sweets and baked goods.

Brewing instructions: 1/2 – 1 tsp (1.5-3g) / 4-8 oz water / 175°F
Matcha is “brewed” a little different from the rest of the teas. And the entire leaf is consumed, it is NOT STRAINED off. Our personal favorite way to enjoy Matcha is either as a Latté or iced with steamed almond milk and just a touch of lavender and vanilla flavorings/extracts/syrup. If consuming cold, once it is iced it will stop “steeping”.
Matcha is packaged in black metal tins with twist on/off lids.
