Doomni Estate in the Assam Valley, India. Single estate tea. Hearty & tart, malty flavor & aroma. Strong, full-liquor tea with a slightly floral and sweetly dry flavor. It has a honey-like mouthfeel and aftertaste. Takes milk well.

Brewing instructions: 1 tsp / 8 oz water / 212°F / 4-5 minutes
