Chocolate Pu’erh

This is a chocolate and tea lover’s dream….we’ve married a smooth pu’erh with rich dark chocolate and rose petals for a deliciously sweet treat. Perfect as a desert tea. A splash of milk and a pinch of sugar will bring out the chocolatey goodness just a touch more. Full-bodied, sweet earthiness, just the right touch of salty, and smooth.  May get multiple steepings.

Ingredients: 100% pu’erh, cocoa nibs* dark chocolate pieces*, rose petals*, natural flavors (*organic)

Brewing instructions:1 tsp / 8 oz water / 212°F / 2-4 minutes.  If using a Gaiwan, rinse first, then use 10g/6 oz water/212°F/10-20 seconds.  Add 5-10 seconds for each additional steep.

Double the amount of tea leaves for iced tea

Teas are packaged in resealable, biodegradable rice bags. Tins may be available for purchase separately.
